From my perspective, Jaimes communication is a real strength, shes highly responsive, no matter the time, and easy to work with. She takes feedback on board really well, and is willing to adjust where needed, which is appreciated and makes a big difference in a collaborative environment.

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service you put on. We had nothing but positive feedback from everyone about how nice it was. A little bit of humour, a bit of serious stuff and lots of emotion all round.

As a funeral director my two primary objectives are having a well-planned funeral often on very short notice, and ensuring the family has a meaningful and impactful farewell for their loved one. My most important decision is selecting a celebrant; I can confidently say that Jaime has always helped me achieve my primary objectives. Her confidence to step in for a family on very late notice is nothing short of exceptional. Jaimes' ability to guide a family in having a farewell that honours the deceased and helps said family with their grief later on is beyond impressive.
